This is my solution for reducing the shavings being thrown all over the shop.  I just used the plastic mesh window screen mounted to the top rail.  The dust bag by  Legacy doesn't fit my shop because I use the 30" fan mounted in the wall behind my lathe for ducting dust outside.  This setup catches 99% of the chips and doesn't get in the way when sweeping up..
