I finally got my act together and made some spiral pens. The setup is a standard Revo with a chuck and Pen Mandrel. The 1/2" Rope bit is from Magnate. The pens were finished with Mylands (sp?) Friction polish and a dremel with a polishing wheel. There is no stain applied at all. The wood, except for the finish, is all natural.
