Revo Modification - Side Mounted Router

by Bill Bulkeley

All that is needed is a piece of angle steel and a couple of cap screws, the rest comes with your router when you buy it and you need to cut a little off the side of the plate to get the router on center if needed its about 1/2 inch off uncut. You have height adjustment to vertically center the router and your y axis for putting on cuts and facing, with this you can do internal threads in a nut like I did with my tilting z axis on my 900 or bore out a hollow. It's only for light cuts so take your time when cutting. It's not rock solid but it does do the job and opens up a lot of doors .
